Our Values

Our Pledge | Our Principles | Our Purpose

Our purpose is greater than building new homes. We build community with our team and our customers, serving those around us.

The four cornerstones of our business are service, trust, relationships, and faith. We are a Christ-focused family and run a Christian business that will serve and honor our customers, employees, trade partners, contractors, our community, our country, and God.

We believe we were made with a purpose to build community and build relationships with people.

Southvine Homes is a company founded on relationships, respect, and integrity. We treat people with respect, and we listen to what the customer wants and needs. Southvine Homes has multi-decade relationships with many of our trades, contractors, and suppliers. As we have grown these companies and people have come around us and supported us personally and professionally. We care more about people than the bottom line. While our relationship-centeredness may be a fault to some, it is the core of who we are, and it is how we choose to operate our business.

HOI

Help improve quality of life and transform hearts for Christ.

For nearly three decades HOI has been following God’s call to strengthen communities in Honduras and Nicaragua through long-term partnerships. Every day we continue to see God’s hand at work in the transformation of lives and families through the on-going commitment between North and Central Americans.

HOI is a Christ-centered missions organization working alongside people of developing countries who desire to implement sustainable development partnerships. We organize mission trips to Honduras and Nicaragua.

Our vision is to create life-changing relationships between the people of developing countries and North Americans, while promoting community directed and integrated spiritual, physical, educational and economic development of men, women and children in the developing world through the promotion of dignity, mutual cooperation and self-sufficiency.

Promise686

Our vision is to fulfill God’s promise “to set the lonely in families.” We work toward this goal by mobilizing church communities to care for vulnerable children. While we still offer adoption grants, our primary focus is to help churches implement FAMs, providing what at-risk kids need most–strong families. Ultimately, we partner with churches and affiliates nationwide to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
