Alex and Courtney build the absolute best quality house you could ever imagine. They also listen to all of your needs and really care about you and what you are looking for when you are buying it.  Out of all the houses I have ever bought and lived in I have never had an inspector I hired to check out the house find just one thing that needed to be fixed. And it was a minuscule thing… a weep hole under the window was missed.  In every other house I have ever bought there was a list a mile long of things that needed to be addressed. If you want to purchase a new home and be worry free of something going wrong with the house a year later, 5 years later or 10 years later then buy your home from them. You will be so glad you did. Oh, and by the way they had that weep hole addressed in less than 24 hours!
